Information you provide

The enquiry form stores your name, phone number, suburb or postcode, selected service and any optional email or job description you provide.

Why it is used

The information is used to respond to your roofing enquiry and manage its progress. It is not sent in analytics events or placed in page URLs.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the site’s secured database. Public visitors cannot read, edit or delete stored enquiries. Administrative access and retention arrangements must be approved before launch.

Advertising attribution

Permitted campaign identifiers may be stored with an enquiry to understand which advertising led to it. Names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and free-text details are excluded from analytics event parameters.

Notifications and third parties

Email or CRM notification delivery is not yet configured. This section must be updated when the owner confirms the destination and any service providers involved.
